TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Lifetime Roofing and Siding of Kellogg, Idaho replaced damaged LP
siding on my home with vinyl siding in May 1998. The work was
performed in a timely manner and completed as promised, when
promised. Though Mr. Stice did not initially carry the trim color
I requested, he went out of his way to find a supplier in order to
meet my request. When there were interstate shipment delays of my
choice of siding, Mr. Stice contacted me personally and kept me
advised on the status of the job. Cleanup was done nightly and was
very thorough. As can be inherent in any contract work, there were
minor problems which arose, but Mr. Stice corrected each and every
one promptly and without argument, to my complete satisfaction and
did so above and beyond that required.
The finished work is very well done and I feel I was quoted a very
fair price for a very quality product and workmanship. I highly
recommend Lifetime Roofing and Siding and cannot compliment enough
the exceptional customer service provided by Mr. Stice and his
staff.
